In a class action, you will not be asked to personally finance the case or to pay attorneys’ fees. The Firm handles these cases on a contingent fee basis, and is paid its fees and reimbursed its expenses only if there is a recovery. After an appropriate review, the court awards the Firm a fee and reimbursement of its expenses out of the recovery obtained for the entire class. In certain circumstances the court may order defendants to pay the Firm’s fees and expenses.

In individual matters, fee arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis.
